When you use our website to purchase resources from our online shop or to downloaded materials either via our Free or VIP Membership accounts, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

In the Terms and Conditions below, REAL Learners Ltd is also referred to as ‘we’ and ‘our’. Customers are referred to as ‘you’, ‘yours’ and ‘users’.

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern REAL Learners’ relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The term ‘REAL Learners’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our Services

We offer you the opportunity to:

1. Purchase goods from our shop via credit card payments
2. Sign up to download free resources which are specified on the site via our Free Membership account. Downloads are restricted to five per week.
3. Sign up to download resources that you have paid for via a VIP Membership account. This is a yearly, one-off subscription that will require renewing after twelve month’s use. The number of downloads available is not restricted for VIP Membership.

Although we will try to keep everything consistent for you, we may have to alter prices or change the resources available to you. This will be done without notice and for any reason we think is necessary.

We can’t be held responsible for any technical failures or limitations when you use our services, as highlighted above, but please get in touch via email if you have any issues and we will try and assist you as best we can – info@reallearners.co.uk .

When buying products from us or logging on to access our downloadable resources via either our VIP or Free Membership packages, you will be asked for some personal information. How this information is used and stored is outlined in our Privacy Policy and can be viewed here.

Product Refunds

If you purchase resources from our shop, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you return your order, you will have your payment returned less any delivery costs incurred by REAL Learners Ltd for the original delivery of those goods.

If you buy resources and then wish to return them, you must inform us first. Email info@reallearners.co.uk and tell us who you are, what you’ve bought, when you bought it and, most importantly, why you want to return it. Resources must be returned in their full and original state, without any missing items, and undamaged. If you return your order, you will have your payment returned less any delivery costs incurred by REAL Learners Ltd for the original delivery of the same.

If an item or items purchased from our shop are un-delivered, you must tell us within 10 days of the invoice date.  Should goods be damaged on their way to you, claims for the damage need to be made within 3 days of you receiving them and must be signed for as damaged with the courier delivering them.

Please be aware that all goods remain the property of REAL Learners Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Our Membership Accounts and Services

When you subscribe to our Free or VIP Membership account packages, we will ask you for some personal information to help us process your orders. How this information is used and stored is outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please be honest with the information you provide and notify us of any changes; this is to ensure that you receive the services you have signed up for should your circumstances change. If you don’t let us know of any changes, we can’t and won’t guarantee any losses you might suffer because of REAL Learners Ltd being unable to fulfil our services to you.

We promise to hold all data securely under GDPR regulations. They will not be used by any companies other than REAL Learners Ltd and only to fulfil the services you have agreed to.  You must be responsible for creating and managing your own account username and password, be that for a Free Membership or VIP Membership, or for the purchase of goods from our online shop.  If you think someone else is using your account without your knowledge, you must let us know. Please remember that you alone are responsible for keeping your log-in details safe and for using the account in a responsible way and in line with these terms and conditions.

Free Membership

We offer a limited range of free resources for you to download. To access these, you must sign up to our Free Membership account.  This entitles you to download any resources that are indicated as free in the Resources area of our website. There is, however, a maximum limit of 5 on the number of resources you can download each week.

We will monitor the number of downloads you access. If the number of downloads you can access is limited by us and you don’t reach this limit, you cannot carry over the unused number into the following week.

Please use the download facility respectfully and only download what you need when you need it. And please remember that all materials are subject to copyright. If you wish to show them to other people during training sessions or meetings, you must make it clear where the materials have come from.

Do not share your log-in details with others. If your account is found to be accessed by users other than yourself, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel it.  Free or VIP Memberships are for individual use only. Your subscription does not entitle you to share your account or log-in details with anybody else.

VIP Membership

Our individual VIP Membership account enables you to download any of our resources at any time during your year-long subscription. This includes access to new resources that are added regularly.

Should you wish access for the whole of your school or educational establishment, please contact info@reallearners.co.uk  and we can advise you on our group membership accounts.

When you sign up for our Free Membership or VIP Membership accounts, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. If you don’t abide by them, then we reserve the right to suspend our service to you until we find out what has caused the breakdown of the agreement. When we are happy that the matter is resolved, your account will be reinstated, but only at our discretion if we feel that this is the correct thing to do.

If you sign up for our VIP Membership, you agree to our Credit/Debit Card option which means that you will be asked for your credit/debit card details so that you can pay securely online via Stripe. The current cost of VIP Membership will be debited from your card. This will cover your account and access to our downloadable resources for one year. It is non-refundable. It is an annual fee, and you will be sent reminders when it is due to run out. It will be incumbent upon you to then sign up and pay for a further year’s subscription if you want to continue.

Membership Refunds

No refunds are offered for VIP Memberships under these Terms and Conditions. Once you’ve paid, that’s it. This is because you gain immediate access to all our resources so, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are foregoing your right to any change mind.
